TRIP 3 :GUIDED SCENERY & WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY EXPEDITIONTRIP INFORMATION:
This tour lasts 7 to 10 days. Limited to one to two people per year. You will be flown into remote bush areas by owner and pilot Jerry Stansel. From points in the Gates of the Arctic, he will fly you into various areas of the Brooks Range to film and study migrating caribou herds. This tour is a very limited offer. When the snow starts to cover the Brooks Range, the caribou herd up into groups of 60 to 350,000 animals. If you are lucky, we will be able to watch packs of wolves close in for the kill of their winter meat. Grizzlies will also be following the herds to stock up on their winter fat for hibernation. At this particular time and season, the Brooks Range is most beautiful; it is a photographer's dream! Moose will also be herding. Sunsets are spectacular and short, and if the weather is clear, the northern lights will be dancing. PRICE:
